This sample student satisfaction survey is based on a survey
provided by Financial Aid Office at Normandale Community College of
Bloomington, Minnesota. Items in bold italic
should be replaced as appropriate. This survey is about 5 pages long.
Satisfaction and Expectation Survey
The Financial Aid Office is conducting this survey to determine how we
